A property is considered to be sold from the moment the preliminary sale agreement or the promise to sell has been signed and the withdrawal period has expired. "Real Estate Professional": Real estate agent, real estate representative or any professional using the Services and approved by MONIMMO.
The purpose of the Platform MonImmo is to offer in-depth analytics and insights into available listings, to offer everything the client needs to know to purchase/rent a property. This is a “all-in-one” platform AI backed buyer’s market place too. Monimmo is doing the perfect match between the buyer and the seller. It is a smart platform that brings the sellers directly to the buyer.
The Website is a platform that offers the User huge and complete real estate information services and real estate sales assistance. In particular, the Site allows the User to estimate a property online, rent, explore a price map or consult real estate purchase or rental ads. It also allows Users to be put in contact with real estate professionals, notably by referencing partner real estate professionals, and to be in contact with the buyer directly or the seller. It gives complete information about the area where the client wants to buy/rent. Complete information about the best schools, restaurants in the area, the demographics, the best transports and more
The rent estimate, which concerns the rent excluding rental charges for a rented unfurnished property, is only indicative and cannot be used against the lessor or the tenant.

MONIMMO offers to the Users a listing of Real Estate, a listing of private offers, by private sellers, listings of clients who look for properties sale/rent. The Website acts as an interface for the presentation of offers to sell buy or rent real estate/private. The Users can consult the offers published by the Partners and the private on the platform.
The Ads are published by the real estate professionals who are partners of MONIMMO, and by private sellers or renters who use the platform for more efficiency under their own responsibility. They are accessible free of charge to the Users of the Website for the first year of the registration.
MONIMMO performs a referencing activity by allowing the User to access a sample of real estate Professionals and a comparison activity by ranking the Partner real estate Professionals.
The referencing allows the User to access a sample of Real Estate Professionals. The latter are listed according to criteria chosen by the User such as the dynamism of the Partners or the satisfaction of the Customers. It also allows the User looking for a property to access a sample of similar properties that real estate professionals have sold and chosen to publish near the address entered.
The real estate professionals listed on the Website are Partners of MONIMMO. They have subscribed to a free or paid visibility offer allowing them to create a Showcase on the platform. In order to obtain more functionality and to increase the information displayed, Real Estate Professionals can choose adapted Services for a fee.
MONIMMO does not hold any equity interest in the Real Estate Professionals whose Showcase and services are compared on the Website and none of these Partners holds an equity interest in MONIMMO.
By subscribing to the different visibility services offered by Monimmo, the Real Estate Professionals agree to respect the General Sales Conditions (GSC) and / or the General Terms of Use Pro (GTU Pro). Professionals who do not respect the applicable rules may be dereferenced by MONIMMO. They will no longer appear on the various listings. The delisting can be temporary and last only during the period of non-compliance with the established provisions.
Monimmo aims to present to you, the most exhaustive information possible, various useful information and various partners for the sale or the acquisition of your property.
Nevertheless, since we do not know exactly what your real estate project is and since we do not know all of our partners, it is up to you to make all the necessary or appropriate verifications before contacting one of the real estate professionals listed on our website.
MONIMMO does not guarantee in any way whatsoever the information published on the Real Estate Professionals virtual showcase.
Given the great diversity of the Partners present on our Website, MONIMMO does not guarantee in any way whatsoever the commercial practices and services offered by the Real Estate Professionals, and more generally by all third parties, present on the Website.
Consequently, the connection with a Real Estate Professional, a real estate developer or, more generally, with any third party, through our website is done under your own responsibility without any guarantee from us as to the satisfaction of the services offered.
MONIMMO informs you of the possibility of notifying a complaint about elements or contents of the Site.
